The Marco Island Foundation for the Arts (MIFA) will award a scholarship to a deserving student who resides on Marco Island and has demonstrated excellence in visual, literary or performing arts. This scholarship will consist of $1000.00 to be awarded annually.
The Foundation awarded 3 scholarships at the annual members' meeting, held on May 16, 2007. The recipients were Danielle Connelly for performing arts, Katlin Mulhere for literary arts, and Emiliano Pantner for visual arts. We wish them the best of luck in their college career.
